Our Services

~Financial/Literacy Programs:

Imagine living in a world not being able to read or being a struggling reader!  Our objective is to increase the reading abilities, financial/literacy skills of students by providing differentiated learning, small group instruction and setting reading goals.  A variety of research-based reading interventions will be used to provide students structured opportunities to attain literacy enrichment support, mentoring, character education and other developmental activities.
T.R.E.E. Foundation educates and have physical activity programs throughout the year to bring the awareness of maintaining a healthy heart.  It’s about our total dietary make-up and physical activity.

~After-School/Summer Programs:

According to Fort Worth Independent School District (FWISD) Achieve 3000 (Reading program), 95% of students are reading below grade level at least one middle school.  Our program will also assist the FWISD district’s 100 X 25 Reading program by focusing on each student reading on grade level by 3rd grade and provide academic support to schools that are rated by Texas Education Agency as “improvement required.”  We will provide summer enrichment fitness activities: basketball camps, yoga, and a fitness boot camp.  We will also provide literacy classes, book club, nutrition classes, educational field trips, S.T.E.A.M Program and Family Engagement Programs.
T.R.E.E. Foundation enhances children’s motivation to read and improve their self-esteem about learning.  At the same time, the program connects families to available resources in their communities.
Students also receive two nutritious meals and a snack daily, as well as a book each week to build their home libraries.
The program is staff with a 10:1 child to adult ratio.  Families may complete an online application available here on our website.

~Family-Engagement Program:

Imagine you’re unable to read a prescription bottle or an application for a job.  There are 36 million American adults who lack basic English literacy skills.  Adult learners face unique barriers that keep them from attending traditional classrooms.
We create a safe and respectful environment where families can learn from each other as individuals and in groups. Equipping families with resources and skills to support their children through the transition to school.

~S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math)

We create a learning culture that emphasizes process over product, experiences over assessments, and exploration over familiarity allowing students and family to safely unlock their undiscovered passions and talents. Each of our STEAM Programs below exemplifies our commitment to academic success through creative and critical thinking, exploration, and perseverance.
